I mapped how briefs actually arrive: long emails, mixed threads, and files in PDF, Word, and plain text. That drove the pipeline—extract text by type, validate minimum signal with clear feedback, then structure content into fixed sections so every output matches how architects read and share work.
(Experiment)
I treated the model as a formatter, not an author: strict rules (only stated facts, one client name, merged duplicates, ranked constraints vs nice-to-haves), low temperature, and a programmatic PDF layer so layout, typography, and filenames stay predictable in production.
