Retrofitting a dated Garda building in Phoenix Park.
Irish secondary schools are consistently underperforming spatially — poor circulation, isolated social spaces, and layouts that work against how students actually move and interact. No accessible tool existed to analyse and benchmark layouts against proven high-performing designs.

Our team began by assessing the Garda building and it's inherent problems. The project was in need of spatial and service upgrades.

Our design focused on opening up the Garda Technical Bureo whilst maintaining defined secure and private zones.
